Robot rehabilitation. the procedure

Rehabilitation happens fully automatically. Equipped with high-quality tools and especially developed materials and synthetics, the robot moves in the pipeline network.

The complete rehabilitation facility is established inside a pick-up truck with trailer and is operated by two workers. Just one operator is handling all features of the robot. He can control all works via CCTV, which is sending live pictures and reports from the robot.

Next to all control instruments, a DVD player is installed to show the CCTV records and/or to record the ongoing rehabilitation as well.

Robot rehabilitation. grinding robot

The grinding robot, with a hydraulic engine of 3,7 kW has changeable tools to mill, grind and smooth. The grinding robot removes root intrusions, intruding later inlets and removes hard sediments like concrete.

Robot rehabilitation. filler robot

The filler robot is used to fill inlets. The two-component-synthetically adhesive on the basis of epoxide resin, which can be spread under water, is less solvent and has a high chemical resistance as well as environmental compatibility.
